You’d never know this has a sour cream frosting.
In fact, I delighted in serving it to my father in-law who hated sour cream. He never found out what he was eating and always asked for seconds.
1 angel food cake
1 carton sour cream (large carton)
Frost the cake with sour cream including the hole in the middle. Pat brown sugar on the sour cream and in the hole.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
