Patrice Moore's Recipe for Pesto

1/2 cup olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic
In blender, blend oil and garlic and let sit 15 minutes

3 T sunflower seeds
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup basil

Add to blender

3/4 - 1 lb linguini
Cook, and save 1/2 cup of the cookwater which is added to blender

Pour blender mixed over drained linguini. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese.
