The focus of her work is on helping others move beyond self-imposed boundaries, bringing understanding to difficult relationships and at the same time, living life more creatively.
Assimilating years of business and managerial experiences, Julie Hutslar's expertise is in creative management and seeing outside the box. She was a leading voice in her field, consulted by many in and out of the industry such as top management from JVC Japan and John Gray, author of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus for her unique insights.

Pamela Aidan:
Pamela Aidan grew up in small towns outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The oldest of six children, she was not athletic, preferring to spend her time reading or dreaming about owning a horse. She graduated from high school with the desire to be a history teacher, but changed her major to Library Science. Later, she earned a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Ms. Aidan has worked as a librarian in a wide variety of settings for over thirty years. Besides writing and operating Wytherngate Press, she is also the director of a new library founded in the fast-growing town of Liberty Lake in eastern Washington, a short distance from her home in Idaho. She and her husband have six children - three children each from former marriages, all of whom are grown and on their own-a dog and a flock of very entertaining chickens.
Suzy Bryant:
Suzy Bryant was born and raised in Glendale, California and has been a career woman her entire adult life with a passion for personal growth. After graduating from Cal State University Long Beach as the "outstanding scholar and Personality", in the department of Health & Sciences, she went on to become an educator for several years. She earned her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from St., Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota where she began to integrate issues of personal growth into the creation of high school curriculum. The recent movie, Freedom Writers, is about Wilson High School in Long Beach, California during the early '90's. During that time period Suzy was an assistant principal at that high school. This experience compelled Suzy to resign her administrative position in favor of creating and designing and alternative education program for at risk youth.
After completing a career in education she completed Career Coaching and Life Coach Certification from the academy for Coach Training in Bellevue, WA. Her specialty is working with women in mid-life who want to let go of self-defeating behaviors and learn how to become more self-accepting through the application of her signature programs.
In addition to personal growth, a flare for being creative has been a huge influence in Suzy's life. As the daughter of a motion picture costumer and an entrepreneurial mother, she has learned to integrate the art of business with an influence of the dramatic. Suzy currently loves in Sandpoint, ID with her husband and three cats, In her spare time she enjoys reading romance novels, knitting and redesigning vintage fashion with glitz and glam.
